Good car park late cafe open in summer? Lovley beach

Love Praa Sands, been coming here to this piece of heaven for years, first time at The Beach with Beach stays and a great little villa, very comfortable, cosy and clean.

Absolutely love this place, came here when it was the sandbar, it has excellent vibes especially when it's not super busy. Nothing is better than enjoying a nice coffee at the window watching the waves roll through. The staff are friendly, super attentive to dietary requirements. There's usually good parking around, if not there's an overflow very close to everything. It really is a lovely little place.

Praa Sands is a real gem of Cornwalls coast. The beach is clean and tidy. There is lifeguard cover throughout the day and it is a great place for budding surfers and bodyboarders to learn. There is a nice collection of shops and cafes, public toilets and decent parking. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The Rockpool. Excellent accommodation and lovely scenery, great views of the beach & sea. Good base for exploring Cornwall.

Fantastic holiday property. We stayed at The Cove. Pod is great for wet windy days, you can sit outside ( inside) and watch the waves crash on the beach!! Comfy beds and great showers. Hot water can be in short supply as it is shared between 3 properties but not too much off a problem. Dog loved daily beach walks and coast walk when the tide was high. Perfect stay :0)

Having migrated from Carbis Bay due to over developement. We stumbled across Beachstays approximately 5 years ago. We now sieze every opportunity to return the location is perfect with breathtaking views at any time of year. Sam and the office along with the housekeeper go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The accommodation is very well equipped comfortable and homely it's just like coming home. We are out of season visitors as love the rough choppy seas and wind and have never been "stuck " indoors. Each time we stay it gets harder to leave but, always look forward to the next visit. I'd go as far to say I feel retirement is pulling us in this direction.🌅 Thank you Sam and all the team for yet again a perfect stay 🌞 The Pearsons

Amazing property, fantastic views, spotlessly clean, couldn’t be any closer to the beach or the SWCP! Service was superb and friendly throughout, with some great advice on local areas for SUP and hiking - would highly recommend.

Great location close to the beach, bar, cafe & store. Clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Comfy beds

Everytime we visit cornwall where we stay we always come here amazing food and very friendly staff. Really really good.
