Lovely little adults only campsite very clean and tidy simon the owner very nice and welcoming central to lots of places would definitely go again .

We have very much enjoyed our stay at Bracken Farm Caravan Park. We received a lovely warm welcome from Simon the owner on arrival and was always on hand to help should you need it. The site itself is beautifully laid out with generous sized pitches,each made private by well established trees. Bracken Farm is a very peaceful and tranquil place,just what we wanted for a relaxing base whilst exploring South Cornwall. The site is very well maintained and kept well manicured by the little robot mowers frequently on the move. The showers are a really good sized with full glass sliding doors to separate you from the changing area. We will definitely be back here when holidaying in this area again without a doubt.

Brilliant touring park. Every pitch fully serviced, and of a decent size. Shower and toilet block spotless. Grounds are very well maintained. Simon the owner is on hand all day and very helpful. This is our 2nd time here and already booked for next year, talking to some of the other guests and they've been coming here since it opened and book a year in advance, some staying 4 plus weeks.

Been here twice now , Simon is the most helpful and genuine person we’ve had the pleasure to meet. The park itself is spotless the bays are surrounded by trees and hedges so all are quite private. It’s quiet here and although I’m middle of the countryside it’s only prob 20mins from main supermarket. A good central point to visit Falmouth and St Ives. Perfect perfect spot

Adult only site but they do allow dogs. Got to be one of the best kept caravan parks anywhere. We spent 10 great days there, lovely and quiet. Even daily mowing was silent with the owner using 2 Stihl Mow robot mowers. All facilities clean, every pitch has hard standing and full hookup facilities. But if you want the on-site clubhouse or even a pub in walking distance you’ll be out of luck - that’s what we find endearing - time to relax and reflect.

Very nice caravan site, exceptionally well looked after, spotlessly clean and grass being coat by automatic grass cutting machines made the grass look like bowling green grass. The pitches are large, fully serviced and the bushes and trees give the pitch a feeling of privacy. Site owner very friendly and helpful and willing to have a chat. Site clise enough to get to Penzance, Helston and Praa Sands and generally touring to explore. Definitely recommend and we will use again. We holiday as a mature couple with our 3 dogs and the adults only was a nice change not to have kids running around, I do realise kids need to play but nice change to be away from it.

Would love to keep this gem to myself. Simon who runs the site was very friendly and greeted us on arrival showing us all facilities which were spotless and in easy reach. Beautifully set out bays with full service on each pitch. Pitches are large and very private. Simon has put alot of thought into this site. All roads gardens trees and shrubs immaculately kept. We have stayed at many touring sites but Bracken farm is the BEST by far. Dog walk round the park area. Showers abundance of hot water all included the fee. Lovely quiet site with generous pitches and all facilities close to hand. Pitches are fully serviced and landscaped for a feeling of privacy. Simon, the owner, is very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the most wonderful, friendly site. We visited last year and can hardly wait to repeat the experience. Peace personified with first class facilities including a laundry. Well done to Simon, the owner. The pitches are superb, fully serviced and most carefully thought out. Simon could easily have put in another 7 or 8 pitches in the area without compromising the ambience, such is the generosity of the landscaping.

What a site. Simon made us welcome from the moment we arrived. He showed us the ropes as to where everything was located and how the recycling was done. He walked us to our pitches and advised us as to how best set up the Caravan on each pitch. This site is a gem and his life work it is like a small park with mature trees and shrubs separating the pitches. There is a good deal of privacy here as good interval between pitches. Simon is a good source of help to the area. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one, hope to be back soon. Philip and Paul.
